You are working on a commercial property. First you need to find out how much this project will cost, as an estimate is required.
How much is the estimate?    

RESIDENTIAL ESTIMATED

   
 
Building work carried out to existing residential buildings based on estimated cost.
If you are proposing to extend your home by less than 60m2, please refer to the standard charges based on floor area.
For domestic extensions over 60m2 or for all other work to a residential building please enter the estimated cost of work.

Extensions/additions and alterations. You wish to do some work on an existing residential/domestic property. If you want to build separate extensions, combine the total area and treat as one extension. Specify what type of work you wish to do:

You are working on a residential/domestic property. A dwelling is a place in which people live: a flat, a house etc., but not a garage or aviary etc. Are you proposing to build a new dwelling? If so how many?
